on history through delicious sake.

With 250 years of history, this is the oldest sake
brewery in Oku-Noto and the birthplace of
the Noto Toji sake brewing style.

We are sharing Noto’s brewing culture with
the world while protecting its limited resources so
that Noto’s sake can be enjoyed for years to come.
